Partner Platforms

Two categories we did not build.

Where a mature platform already solves the problem well, rebuilding it would serve nobody. In these two categories we bring a selected platform to market and put our own engineers on the rollout. The platform belongs to our partner. The delivery is ours, and so is the accountability once you sign.

The two categories

What we carry, and what stays with the vendor

PTR 01

Cybersecurity & GRC

One platform from attack surface to audit evidence

One platform covering the attack surface, cloud posture, third-party risk and the compliance evidence auditors ask for, with CXO dashboards over all of it. It suits organisations tired of stitching four tools together and reconciling them by hand at audit time.

Supply Chain Execution

The part of the supply chain that actually moves

Sourcing the transport, planning the dispatch, tracking it across modes, and reconciling the freight bill at the end, without the spreadsheet war between operations and finance that most networks settle for.

How reselling works

Who owns what, stated before you ask

Reseller arrangements go wrong when nobody says out loud where the vendor stops and the partner starts. Here is our answer, in advance.

WE DO

Bring, implement and support

Innopas holds the commercial relationship in our markets, runs the implementation with our own engineers, and is your first line of support afterwards.

Your contract is with Innopas.
THEY DO

Build and maintain the platform

The roadmap, the releases and the underlying technology belong to the platform vendor. We do not claim their engineering as ours.

The product is theirs.
MARKETS

USA, East Africa and India

The markets we take these platforms into and can staff an implementation in properly. Outside them we will say so and introduce you to the vendor directly.

No selling into markets we cannot serve.
A note on evidence

Their customers are theirs, not ours

Platform vendors publish their own customer lists and certifications. We do not present those as Innopas references, and ask us for ours, and ask them for theirs.

Bring one problem. We will tell you if it is worth building.

Thirty minutes with the engineers who would do the work. No deck, no discovery invoice, a straight read on feasibility, sequence and what a first build would take, including when the answer is that you should not build it.
